How support is funded — explained clearly.

NDIS and aged care funding can feel confusing. We explain how each pathway works in plain language, so you know what may apply before you enquire.

NDIS funding

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding for eligible Australians under 65 with a permanent disability.

  • Funding is based on your individual NDIS plan and approved supports.
  • Services may include support coordination, daily living, community access, transport and respite.
  • We deliver supports in line with your plan goals — we do not provide plan management unless listed in your plan.
  • If you are new to the NDIS, we can help explain next steps and how our services may fit.

Bright Future For You is a registered NDIS provider. Visit ndis.gov.au for official eligibility and plan information.

Aged care funding

Older Australians may access government-subsidised support through My Aged Care after an assessment.

  • Support at home may be funded through a Home Care Package or other programs.
  • Funding levels depend on your assessment, needs and approved care plan.
  • We explain what services may be available and how private fees or gaps may apply.
  • Families and carers are welcome in the conversation — we keep communication clear.

For assessments and official information, visit myagedcare.gov.au or call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422.
